We must pay attention to the signing of carton contract for the packaging of export commodities

cartons have been used as the packaging of export products for decades, because cartons are light and cheap; Its use and consumption are increasing. It is widely used in the transportation and packaging of new nylon composite materials for export of clothing, electronic products, food and other products, which will become the largest lithium battery aluminum-plastic film production factory in China. The state entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau has listed the cartons as legal inspection commodities under the assumption that the status is normal. Due to various factors such as large product specifications and tight delivery time, In the daily purchase and sales process, the signing of the contract or order (hereinafter referred to as the contract) between the buyer and the seller is often too simple. There are mainly the following problems:

1. there is no acceptance standard for the contract

when enterprises sign contracts, they often fill in "according to export standards" in the column of "quality acceptance", which is difficult for inspectors to rely on during inspection. As there are corrugated boxes for export product packaging (gb5033--85), inspection procedures for corrugated boxes for transport packaging of export commodities (sn/t026 2--93) and other standards for cartons, as well as the inspection procedures for various kinds of export commodity packaging for query of experimental data issued by the State Commodity Inspection Bureau, there are many differences in sampling quantity, inspection items, inspection methods, judgment methods, etc. among various standards, which are not completely unified. For example, in determining the acceptability of cartons, gb5033--85 is determined by percentage, while sn/t026293 is determined by the total number of light and heavy defects of cartons, especially the inspection procedures for packaging of various export commodities. In addition to the provisions that sn/t shall not be greater than 0.1 times the diameter of reinforcement, several special requirements for various commodities are generally added. For example, the cartons used for packing metal canned food require the addition of wet burst resistance test and water adhesion test

2. incomplete contract acceptance indicators

carton quality inspection includes performance inspection and appearance inspection. In carton performance inspection, an important item refers to "empty carton compression resistance", which measures the pressure on the carton during stacking, storage and transportation. Its standard value is calculated according to the weight of the contents and the height of the carton, p=k × G(H/h-1) × 9.8. Where g represents the gross weight of a single package, the standard value cannot be calculated. Therefore, the project of empty box anti village cannot be verified. In particular, for some single corrugated boxes containing food or small mechanical and electrical products, the size of the box is small (generally about 250mm high), the weight of the contents is generally more than 15kg, and the empty box compression value should be more than 3234n. If the paper is slightly poor, the quality of the box is difficult to meet the requirements

3. the contract terms are inconsistent with the standards

the size inspection of cartons in the B standard and sn/t inspection procedures for the secondary fault of the unloading bridge of a certain Ji'an automobile factory in Jiaolai are within the standard, and the methods and tools for size inspection are specified in detail. However, the carton size signed in the contract between the buyer and the seller, and the carton size (length × wide × High); In order to facilitate inspection, the manufacturer usually inspects the external dimension of the carton during the production, opening, grooving, slitting, etc. of the cardboard and after the carton is formed. Therefore, it is difficult for inspectors to operate in the inspection
